The Leadership Team

Andrew Zeitoun

Andrew Zeitoun is the founder and one of two Managing Consultants at Threshold Knowledge Inc.

In this position he co-leads the Leadership and Management Practice, leads the Infrastructure and Technology practice and maintains corporate leadership duties.

Andrew founded Threshold Knowledge Inc in 2004 with a focus on Management and Technical consulting. The intention was to bring a mid-level unified view of both Business Management and IT Infrastructure to mid-sized organizations that did not have the skills in house. While technical expertise is important to these types of organizations, it tends to be the lack of planning, design, oversight and feedback that is at the root of the problems that lead to project failure and the lack of alignment between IT and the rest of the Organizational vision and direction.

Previously Andrew worked at Platform Computing as the Global IT Operations Manager where he was responsible for datacenter operations in Toronto, London, Paris and Beijing. Andrew also spent a number of years as an independent consultant working for the Department of National Defence in Canada and the US Department of Commerce building on his pre- and post-sales consulting experience in enterprise servers and storage, backup and disaster recovery, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Andrew authored the ‘High Performance Storage Network Design’ course for Learning Tree International in 2001 and continues to teach a number of IT and Management courses on their behalf.

Andrew serves in the Canadian Forces Reserves and holds the rank of Captain and is the Officer Commanding the Cavalry Squadron of the Governor General’s Horse Guards. He was awarded the Canadian Forces Decoration in 2005.

Andrew earned a bilingual bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from the Glendon College of York University in Toronto.

He resides with his family near Loretto, Ontario.
